This summer season is about to get a whole lot hotter when a collection of Aussie bands rock out to locations across the nation including the Swan Valley.

The Red Hot Summer Tour will see Icehouse headline the festival supported by other crowd favourites Noiseworks, Wolfmother, Eskimo Joe, Baby Animals, Killing Heidi and Bachelor Girl.

The renowned sell-out outdoor shows will kick off in Mornington, Victoria on January 4 before heading to Manum, South Australia on January 11, Coffs Harbour, New South Wales on February 1, Southport, Queensland on February 8, Macquarie, NSW on February 15 and Berry, NSW on February 22.

WA will get its turn on March 22 at Sandalford Wines for an 18-and-over gig before wrapping up in Wodonga, VIC on March 29.

With a career spanning more than 45 years, Icehouse is one of Australia’s most iconic bands, transcending age groups with their hit songs, well known and loved by audiences around the world.

Formed by Iva Davies, the band’s frontman and musical creative force, Icehouse went on to have 28 Platinum albums, eight Top 10 albums, over 30 Top 40 singles, and sell the equivalent of more than 30 Platinum albums.

It was rare not to hear a Noiseworks song at a party in the 1980s with rock anthems No Lies, Take Me Back, Hot Chilli Woman and Touch.

Original band members Jon Stevens, Steve Balbi and Kevin Nicol will deliver all their hits including those from their 2022 album Evolution.

Wolfmother, led by vocalist and guitarist Andrew Stockdale, is also sure to put on a colossal spectacle following show-stealing sets at star-studded festivals like Coachella, Isle of Wight, Lollapalooza and Splendour in the Grass.

Meanwhile, Perth rockers will be excited to see East Fremantle locals Eskimo Joe take the stage with their alternative sound.

With six studio albums under their belts and sales in excess of 750,000 in Australia alone, the band has seen three of those albums debut at no.1 on the ARIA charts.
