Le Diner en Blanc Perth’s most glamorous picnic is back for another year, with plans to pop up in an all-new location. Le Diner en Blanc, which originated in France, sees thousands of guests dressed in white converge en masse at a picturesque secret spot, after being led there from meeting locations around the city. You can take your own food, table and chairs or, for the first time this year, there is an upgrade to a package that includes seating, catering from Heyder & Shears and premium drinks. This year’s event will be headlined by Joel Jackson, DJ FADJ, Mia Matthiessen, Cheralyn Simpson, Laureli, Sam Timmerman and Marcio Mendes. It’s on November 9 from 6pm. Watkins, a former Wiggle now performing as Emma Memma, has recorded 40 short stories for Audible, from funny farm tales and underwater explorations to horse-riding adventures — all designed to take kids from playtime to bedtime. Watkins says she hopes the enchanting stories from A Dream For Every Night “may be woven into families’ nighttime routines”. Kip&Co x Ken Done The king of colour has paired with the queens of gorgeous linen and lifestyle pieces in this special Beach Days collection. It’s artist Ken Done and Kip&Co’s third, and largest, collaboration, featuring a vibrant array of bedding, kitchen products, sleepwear, apparel for the littlies as well as the perfect beach bag additions — bucket hats and terry robes.
