Leslie Philip Woods: Police urgently looking for wanted 44-year-who has a warrant out for his arrest

Police are urgently looking for a 44-year-old man who has a warrant out for his arrest.

Leslie Philip Woods is being hunted by officers from the special crime squad, the serious crime and family violence unit and the rapid apprehension squad.

“Mr Woods is wanted in relation to an arrest warrant for serious matters,” a police spokesman said.

Police believe Mr Woods was last seen in the Beechboro area earlier on Thursday.

Mr Woods is described as being about 170cm tall, of solid build, with short brown hair.

Members of the public are urged not to approach him but to contact police immediately on 131 444.
