The joy and spirit of Christmas will come to life when Kingston celebrates turning on the festive lights together later this month.

“It’s a great chance to meet your neighbours.

“We’re still welcoming new members and new performances, so I encourage anyone who lives in or outside of Kingston to join in.”

Mr and Mrs Claus are expected to make an appearance at the Light Up Kingston event and families can have photos taken for a gold coin donation.

The free event is happening on November 30 at the Kingston amphitheatre and all proceeds will go towards future community events.
