Nancy Brough: 79-year-old woman missing from care facility in Swan View found safe

Police have found an elderly woman who had earlier gone missing from her care facility in Swan View.

Nancy Brough, 79, went missing from her care facility on Morrison Road.

Police and her family had serious concerns for her welfare.

But on Tuesday morning, just after 10am police said she had been found safe.

“Searchers have located Nancy in bushland on Blackadder Road in Swan View,” a police spokeswoman said.

“Nancy is talking to searchers and she will be conveyed to hospital for a check-up.”

Police had earlier released a CCTV image, pictured below, of Ms Brough taken at about 6.10pm on Sunday on Blackadder Road in Swan View.

The image showed her in the clothing she was last seen wearing.
