The opportunity to attend an AFL grand final is something Alisha Fenn has always dreamt of, yet the passionate West Coast Eagles supporter thought she might never get the chance.

"I've never been to an AFL grand final, although it's always something I wanted to do," she said.

Now, the Binningup resident will be able to fulfil one of her lifelong dreams after winning the West Australian Regional Newspaper Group's AFL grand final competition.

"It's my birthday on the grand final weekend too so I just can't wait," she said.

"My husband is coming. He isn't a fan of any team in particular but said he will even dress up.

"I am absolutely stoked to have won."

Mrs Fenn claimed the two tickets to this year's AFL grand final, ahead of 7500 other entrants, after buying a product from the Leschenault Leisure Centre.

This year's competition ran in eight different West Australian Regional Newspaper Group publications and required entrants to buy from participating businesses before they could enter.

Mrs Fenn said the possibility of watching her beloved Eagles claim premiership glory was an extremely exciting prospect.

"The chance to go is amazing, especially because the Eagles might be playing too," she said.

Mrs Fenn thanked all of the sponsors involved in the competition, including the Leschenault Leisure Centre.
