The South Bunbury man among eight men who allegedly committed more than 500 sex offences against a 13-year-old girl has appeared in court this morning.

In August, Troy Phillip Milbourne, 41, pleaded guilty to seven of his 10 charges and this morning pleaded not guilty to the remainder of his charges.

Appearing in Bunbury Magistrates Court via video link from Hakea Prison, Mr Milbourne pleaded not guilty to one charge of indecent dealing with a child under 13 years, one charge of procure, encourage or incite a child under 13 years to do an indecent act and one charge of sexually penetrate a child over 13 and under 16.

In August he pleaded guilty to four charges of indecent dealings with a child under 13 years and three charges of sexual penetration of a child under 13 years.

The incidents allegedly occurred in Butler between January 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015.

Magistrate Dianne Scaddan renewed Mr Milbourne's bail of $10,000 with a $5000 surety.

He is due to be sentenced in Bunbury District Court on February 1 and will go on trial for the other charges on February 10.
