Ambulance, school bus collide at Bunbury intersection

Five people including three children were injured when a school bus carrying 14 students and an ambulance collided on Robertson Drive this afternoon.

The crash happened on the corner of Robertson Drive and Summerville Drive at about 3pm.

Three primary school children and the two ambulance crew were taken to Bunbury Hospital with minor injuries.

A spokesman for St John Ambulance said the crew was on route to an emergency call-out and at the time of the crash.

Witnesses say the ambulance rolled several times.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash and are appealing for witnesses.
