Bunbury Races on Sunday - what our tipsters say

JOSH ZIMMERMANSouth Western Times

The South Western Times tipping panel wades through (and in some cases throws out) the form guide to bring you the hottest prospects for Sunday’s race meeting at the Bunbury Turf Club.

Josh Zimmerman - South Western Times

Race 8 No 13 Let’s Buy IHT - Ran fast finishing second to rising star Rusty Peaches last week over 1200m and extra distance will suit.

Flighty Filly - Greener Pastures

Race 5 No 9 Mighty Blonde - Will show her staying power to win by a length and a quarter.

Fiona Hinds - www.swtimes.com.au

Race 8 No 10 Zelig - Unlucky in last Bunbury run and stripped fitter with a good performance in the city last start. Should be a good chance in this.

Julio Santarelli - RWWA

Race 8 No 10 Zelig - Has to be considered a strong chance from a gun draw.

Riley Stuart - The West Australian

Race 5 No 6 Chop It Out - Showed a bit in his last outing when second at Bunbury. Can find a bit more with classy Kyra Yuill in the saddle.

Paul Luzi - Lighthouse Realty

Race 4 No 10 Saxon Suzie - Had a tough run last start but has a ton of early speed. Drawn well and this field is not overly strong. Should lead all the way, great each way bet.

Ashley Dillon - Spirit 621 South West

Race 1 No 1 Bayatorio - I fancy the 3 year old colt and he is ideally drawn in barrier 4. Set for a breakthrough performance.

Brody Russell - Bunbury Turf Club

Race 6 No 7 Diversicolor - William Pike goes aboard for Sunday and has been racing well in stronger company than this.

Gates open at Bunbury Turf Club on Sunday at 11am, first local race is at 12.56pm
