South West Detectives believe two cars were used in a ram raid at Bunbury Centrepoint Shopping Centre this morning.

Detectives were on the scene about 8am to investigate the ram raid.

The thieves tried to steal a Bankwest ATM about 3am but no money appears to have been stolen.One of the cars used was a stolen white Ford Courier light truck which was found burnt out at nearby Queens Gardens at 3.20am.

The Ford Courier used in the ram-raid was stolen from a Bunbury house yesterday.

The second car used is believed to be a black sedan.Cleaners are inside the shopping centre to remove broken glass and the tyre marks.
