Cafe asks “R U OK?” for day

Customers at Cafe 140 received a little bit more than their coffee this morning.

Today is R U OK? Day and across Australia people are asking others about their mental wellbeing.

At Cafe 140, staff were dressed in yellow and coffee was served in special take-away cups promoting the day.

Flyers were on tables, giving advice about how people could make sure others were not suffering.

Across Bunbury businesses got involved, with staff from Headspace Bunbury and St John of God Bunbury Hospital out and about spreading the R U OK? message.
