Budding South West writers can put pen to paper for cash by entering a competition focusing on writing for performance.

The Shore Lines Writing for Performance Competition calls for written entries which will be judged on the quality of the writing and its suitability for performance.

The competition is supported by Edith Cowan University South West, Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre, Bunbury City Council, South West English Teachers’ Association and Stark Raven Theatre.

Entries must be submitted by August 31 and forms can be downloaded from the Edith Cowan University website.
