Croquet: Taking on the world

Henry Smith, 20, and Noel Reynolds, 18, got in some final practice at the Moorabinda Croquet Club at the weekend before heading to England to represent Australia in the Under 21 World Croquet Championships.

The pair’s successful nomination for the event by the WA Croquet Association means that two of the three Australian representatives are from Bunbury.

Smith said he was not sure how they would go against the best in the world.

‘‘We’ll do our best and just see what happens,’’ he said.
