Cultures to mingle in Bunbury
Koby and Taiyana McCosker-Norden will be among a group of eight young dancers providing the entertainment as part of a packed list of acts for Saturday's Bunbury Multicultural Festival.
The event - which typically attracts thousands of people to the Graham Bricknell Memorial Music Shell - has been expanded to be the biggest yet.
Among the attractions, eight children from Bunbury Dance Studio will perform a routine they have been practising for weeks.
Studio owner Suzanne Crews said her students would be performing an Argentinian tango and a salsa "rueda" style as part of the routine.
Ms Crews said the children, aged between 11 and 14, had performed together for the past year.
The organisers of the multicultural festival are trying to make this year's 10th anniversary event the greatest yet.
Tonight, there will be a screening of an international film, The Source, at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.
On Saturday, there will be a number of events and attractions from 10am and 9pm.
There will be cultural displays and Tai Chi, yoga and meditation workshops at BREC.
There will also be 30 food and market stalls and a tip and run competition umpired by former international cricketer Murray Goodwin at the Graham Bricknell Memorial Music Shell.
Fremantle Dockers captain Peter Bell will host a handball competition before the traditional Multicultural Night Under The Stars starts on Saturday night.
