Fire in Picton

Bunbury firefighters are fighting an out-of-control suspected burn off at the original Picton School site on South Western Highway.

According to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, firefighters were called to the scene at about 11.40am today to control the fire which was heading west.

The fire is about 50m by 50m in size and has two trucks in attendance.
