At 4am this morning police were called to Chemmart Pharmacy in Australind to find an amount of medications containing pseudoephedrine was stolen.

Police said two offenders smashed through the glass front door of the pharmacy and stole the medication.

It is believed the offenders then fled the scene in a stolen Holden Commodore.

The car was later found on the South Western Highway near the Bunbury Airport burnt out with the medication in the car.

Police are continuing their investigation into the burglary.

This comes after a large amount of pseudoephedrine was stolen last month from Chemmart Pharmacy in Brunswick where offenders also broke through the front glass doors.
