NBN to be explained

Telstra experts will visit Capel and Boyanup to explain to residents how to take advantage of the National Broadband Network services.

The NBN services recently became available in Stratham, Capel and Boyanup, increasing the speed of the internet for users in the region.

Telstra Area general manager Boyd Brown said the arrival of NBN fixed wireless to those areas was an exciting opportunity for the community.

“This will be especially exciting for those who are yet to connect to the NBN, to see how they can connect their home and change their lifestyle in a number of different ways, ” he said.

The team will be at the Boyanup Community Centre on July 8, from 6.30pm and at the Capel Community Centre on July 10, from 6.30pm.
