One-punch attack lands man in hospital

A man fell victim to an unprovoked vicious one-punch attack early on Saturday in the Bunbury CBD.

Acting Sen. Sgt Matt Leishman said a man was standing on the side of the road near the corner of Victoria and Symmons streets when he was approached by a group of men, one of who punched him and knocked him to the ground.

The victim was taken to Bunbury Hospital and Bunbury police are investigating.
