SW woman hit by rubbish truck

A woman, believed to be in her 80s, has been taken to hospital after being hit by a rubbish truck in Usher this morning.

South West police and paramedics were called to the scene.

The woman was taken to hospital in an ambulance and her condition is unknown.

The driver of the rubbish truck was clearly distraught while talking to police at the scene.
