Three-car-crash near Binningup

Police have reported that no one was sent to hospital following the three-car crash in Parkfield near Binningup this morning.

Of the 11 people involved in the crash - including two children - it has been reported only minor injuries were sustained.

The initial report of three cars that had rolled came into police after the crash happened about 10am this morning.

One car was carrying a camper trailer and another was a Holden Rodeo.

Southbound lanes on Old Coast Road were closed following the crash at the intersection of Treasure Road.

Police believe one car pulled out of Treasure Road, clipping the two other vehicles in the process.

The crash site is believed to be in the northbound lanes of Old Coast Road.

The southbound lanes of Old Coast Road have now reopened.

Police remind people to drive safely over the holiday season and to remember to take regular breaks, wear seatbelts, have proper restraints for children and to not drink and drive.
