Silent Night, Jingle Bells and The Little Drummer Boy, just to name a few classics, are sure to put audiences in the Christmas spirit at this year's St Aidan's event.

Set under the stars within the beautiful surrounds of St Aidan Wines, Christmas Classics in the Valley will showcase a cast of more than 100 musicians, including the Vocal Fusion Choir and the Philharmonic South West Orchestra.

Bunbury Entertainment Agency favourite Bonny Mae Twigg and harpist Helen Punch will provide pre-concert entertainment from 5.30pm. Following will be performances of all the classics including Mozart's Musical Sleigh Ride and Styne and Kahn's Let It Snow, delivered under the guidance of conductor David Pye.

Taught by orchestra concert master Sabine Pfuhl, violinists Dora Codreanu, 14, and Danya Scholtz, 15, are both excited to be taking part in the first violin section for the first time.

"We are very prepared for the upcoming performance and I think it will have a really good vibe to it," Dora said.
