Boost for care

An additional $17.8 million has been announced to improve palliative care services across the State.

Of that $6.3 million will go towards the expansion of community-based palliative care services across metropolitan and regional WA.

The funding also includes $2.5 million to enhance rural and regional palliative care services by improving governance, creating three full-time equivalent positions.
