Bus shelter at aged care stop

Calls for a new bus shelter opposite Bunbury’s Ocean Star Aged Care Facility look set to be answered this week.

Bunbury City Council last month received a petition with 51 signatures calling for the bus shelter on Ocean Drive across the road from the facility.

The council will on Tuesday night be recommended to install the new shelter.

It is expected the council and Public Transport Authority will split the cost.
