Driver avoids truck rollover

Authorities believe a faulty air brake hose played a role in a truck and two trailers veering off an embankment in Roelands this afternoon.

Australind police responded to a 12.30pm call on Coalfields Highway, where the wreckage was located on a nearby property.

There were no injuries, with the truck driver not in the vehicle during the rollover.

A WA Police media spokesman told the South Western Times authorities were in the process of removing the wreckage.
