Gallery: May crowned Sportstar of the Year

The region’s best athletes gathered in the Bunbury City Council function room last Wednesday night to celebrate their achievements at the South Western Times AJ “Tood” Buswell Sports Star of the Year.

Boxer Nathaniel May was named the 2017 winner from 11 other finalists.

Members of the Buswell family, the council and sporting stars and their families attended the prestigious event, which was hosted by Mayor Gary Brennan and Spirit 621am breakfast announcer Ashley Dillon.
