Grants to mark centenary of war

South West commemorations to mark next year’s 100th anniversary of the end of the World War I will be helped by the Federal Government’s Armistice Centenary Grant Program.

Forrest MHR Nola Marino encouraged South West groups to apply for funding to mark the important milestone.

Applications open on November 11 and close next February.

Expressions of interest should be lodged with Mrs Marino’s office prior to applications opening.
