More Australind train issues

The Australind train is again out of service, less than a week after the State Government spruiked its return.

Transport Minister Rita Saffioti on Wednesday said the Bunbury to Perth train service was back on track after a “significant maintenance overhaul”.

But the Public Transport Authority yesterday sent out notices to its passengers informing that the service was being replaced with buses indefinitely due to mechanical issues.
