Lots to do this week, including the Wedding Expo and horse racing of both persuasions.
1. Off and racing
Racing in the South West continues today at the Bunbury Turf Club.
A full race card will feature some of the State’s best jockeys, trainers and horses for a fantastic mid-week meet.
Full bar, food and TAB facilities will be available, with gates opening at midday and the first race at 1.24pm.
2. Wedding Expo
Discover the magic of local wedding experts on Sunday from 10am at the beautiful seaside venue Koombana Bay Sailing Club.
From 10am, wedding professionals will showcase invitations, flowers, music and meals while the sailing club’s cafe will provide nibbles and coffee for a delightful bridal party day out.

3. Book sale
Peruse a wide collection of second-hand books at the Bunbury Public Library and Withers Community Library annual book sale.
From 9am on Friday and Saturday, find a bargain read with all books $2 or less.
4. Tennis Challenge
The ANZ Bunbury Charity Tennis Challenge will bring tennis legend Alicia Molik to Bunbury for an exclusive one-day exhibition event.
Molik will challenge Bunbury identities and community members to a friendly game of tennis to raise money for The Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS).
The event will begin at 10.30am on Friday at the Cobblestone Street carpark.
5. Bunbury Cup
Head to Donaldson Park this Saturday night when the Bunbury Trotting Club hosts the annual $50,000 Bunbury Cup MS Pace to be raced over 2569 metres.
In what is one of the biggest nights on the racing calendar, the card will feature nine big races, including the annual feature race.
All the track’s facilities will be available for what is a great family night out.
6. Day of fun
All are invited to the annual Apex Family Fun Day on Sunday from 9am at the Apex Hall.
Hosted by the Apex Club of Bunbury Koombana, market stalls, pony rides, bouncy castles, face painting and more will provide fun for the whole family for a gold coin donation.
7. Justice League
Fuelled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlists the help of his new-found ally Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) to face an even greater enemy.

9. Free concert
Bunbury City Band will showcase their music at a free event on Saturday from 5pm.
Held at the Graham Bricknell Memorial Music Shell, the event will have coffee, a sausage sizzle, cold drinks, raffles and more.
10. Family Fun Day
Family and friends are welcome to enjoy the Barr and Standley Family Fun Day on Saturday from 11am at Miniature Railway Bunbury.
The free event will feature rides for the kids, bouncy castles, face painting, donuts, icecream, hot dogs, drinks and more.
