Wizard Pharmacy Park Centre raised more than $8200 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation to help bring joy to sick children and their families.

The pharmacy raised the most of all Pharmacies in the Wizard Pharmacy network in the Starlight Giving Tree campaign, which celebrated their 10-year strong partnership with Starlight.

Wizard Bunbury Park Centre customer service coordinator Tracey Mitchell said the team had a great time collecting donations and received a positive response from their customers with many donating multiple times.

“Our Bunbury customers have been so amazing and generous, even after going through such a tough year — we couldn’t have done it without them,” she said.

Ms Mitchell said the pharmacy would love to raise more than $10,000 this year for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Starlight Children’s Foundation State partnerships manager Valerie Deal said that the Wizard’s Starlight Giving Tree campaign had been a resounding success.

“At Starlight, we must continue to deliver fun, joy and laughter every day of the year, and Wizard have generously played a significant role in helping us throughout 2020,” Ms Deal said.

Together the pharmacy network donated $50,000 to the foundation.
