Expressions of interest are being invited for the sale of Bunbury's Grand Cinema Complex.

The complex, which holds the cinema plus five additional tenants including the award-winning Mojo's Cafe, has been advertised by Commercial Realty by the owners, New York-based investment company Wexford Capital.

The property was last sold in 2007 for $10.7 million and has since been refurbished inside.

Commercial Realty principal Mike Jenkins said the owners decided it was the right time to sell.

"They brought it in 2007 and it is part of a cycle of investment for them," he said.

Mr Jenkins confirmed it would be sold as a going concern investment, meaning all existing leases would be included and honoured.

He said Grand Cinemas' lease did not expire until 2027.

"We have had quite a lot of interest and have been fielding quite a number of enquiries," he said.

Expressions of interest close on Wednesday, February 10.
