A rock festival is set to ignite Perth’s northern suburbs with a stellar line-up of Aussie acts next year.

Lookout has expanded its East Coast itinerary announcing a Perth show will come to Whitford Nodes Park in Hillarys on March 15.

Headlining the event are rock legends Jet and Grinspoon with alternative pop sisters The Veronicas set to bring the party vibes.

Spiderbait, Jebediah, Magic Dirt and Youth Group will also put on a show for rock lovers.

Originally from Dingley in Melbourne, Jet formed in 2001, selling more than 6.5 million albums globally and securing almost 10 x Platinum certification in Australia and Platinum in the USA and UK for their 2003 debut album Get Born.

The album produced a string of classic singles including Are You Gonna Be My Girl, Rollover DJ, and Look What You’ve Done.

Jet’s follow-up album Shine On followed in 2006 and includes hit songs Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, Bring It On Back and Rip It Up.

In November last year, the band was inducted into the ARIA Hall Of Fame.

Grinspoon in 1995 were the first act to win the Triple J Unearthed competition with their debut single Sickfest and have grown to be a popular name on the concert circuit.

Also captivating an army of fans is The Veronicas with their culture defining albums.

Jessie and Lisa have since sold more than one million records for their 2007 hit Untouched.

Lookout will kick the rock fest off in Queensland on February 22 before heading to South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.
