Coach Denise Duncan was very happy with the results of the team.
"The challenge of the Aussies and pitting your surf lifesaving skill against the best from around Australia is an experience that these young competitors will take with them into next season and into all aspects of their life,"Ms Duncan said.
"The hard work and the commitment to training and their club certainly paid off and brought them, our club and community great success."
Competitors from the Open and Masters divisions also made waves, notable results include 5th place in the 170 years female beach relay, reaching quarter finals in the under-19 male single ski, open mixed double ski and under-19 male double ski and semi finals in the under-17 female board rescue and open female ski relay.
