There could be no excessive praise for the impeccable friendly and professional assistance I recently received at our local Harvey Norman outlet.

As a mature-age person, I was initially daunted at the prospect of buying a smart phone, but realised I could no longer delay having a mobile.

The young lady who assisted quickly located and recommended a good-quality phone within my stated price range.

I inquired as to any assistance available, through the shop, for initial set-up of the device. For a reasonable fee, Harvey Norman had the phone prepared to “user-ready” by a technician employed especially for the role.

Also, a young man in the shop was very helpful in identifying the correct user guide for the particular mobile phone model (and its operating system) which I had printed and bound.

Through this help, I am now well on the way to confidently using my high-tech new phone.

Thank you, Harvey Norman.
