Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has scored 29 points and Oklahoma City won their franchise-record 13th consecutive regular-season game, 116-98 over the Los Angeles Clippers.

OKC trailed by 16 in the first half on Thursday night before pulling within 52-48 at halftime. Shaking off a cold shooting first half, the home side exploded for 42 third-quarter points and an 18-point lead heading into the fourth.

Gilgeous-Alexander, who did not play the final period, also had a game-high eight assists for the Western Conference-leading Thunder, who are 28-5 and have won 17 of their last 18 regular-season games.

"We're just attacking what's right in front of us," Oklahoma City coach Daigneault said.

"We did a great job of that today with our preparation and the game ... We have a zero game winning streak tomorrow, and we have to get ready to play a really, really good team (New York)."

Amir Coffey led the Clippers, who were without late scratching James Harden, with 26 points.
