Emergency services and police are on site after a fatal crash on South Western Highway.

The crash happened at the intersection of Beenyup Road and South Western Highway in Byford shortly before midnight.

The left lane northbound is closed and traffic is heavy.

A 26-year-old passenger has been killed, and two teenagers seriously injured, after a horror collision with a truck overnight.

Motorists on Tonkin Highway northbound have been urged to approach with caution after a crash at Hepburn Avenue, Cullacabardee.

The right lane is partially blocked and the vehicle is parked on a bend.

Towing services are on site.

Traffic is moving slowly and motorists have been urged to drive with caution as the roads are wet and motorists are out of their cars.

Another crash on Tonkin Highway northbound at Ranford Road, Forrestdale has caused heavy traffic.
